New York City`s famous New Year`s Eve celebration in Times Square could be scaled back due to Covid-19 protection concerns, Mayor Bill de Blasio introduced Thursday. Visitors over the age of 5 must be vaccinated and wear a mask. Persons unable to be vaccinated due to a disability must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test performed within 72 hours of the event.
